I’m listening to a group of grown men talking about Marvel superheroes. Priceless.

  2. “[The trend of] speakers being young men who enhance their attire and physical appearance for women, whose speeches are full of poetry, hand gestures, and physical movement, and whose events are attended by women – it is a blameworthy practice that must be prohibited, because it contains more harm than good, which is obvious by the things that are generally associated with [such events]. In fact, only those should be allowed to give talks whose behavior manifests scrupulousness, who carry themselves with composure and dignity, and who clothe themselves in the attire of righteous people. Otherwise, they will only increase people in misguidance.” – Imam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali (d. 1111 CE)
